We’re on the hunt for a Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join a lively and supportive team at a thriving [industry sector] business. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking & Packing: Carefully pick and pack sales orders, ensuring they’re labelled correctly for despatch.
• Despatch Management: Book shipments through courier websites, keeping everything moving smoothly and on time.
• Stock Handling: Receive, unpack, and organise stock with precision.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a tidy, organised warehouse and work area.
• Collaborating with the Team: Communicate with engineers and sales teams to ensure orders and stock records are accurate and up to date.
• Record-Keeping: Keep records of sales orders, stock, and warehouse movements updated, with an eye for accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong time management and people skills to keep everything running efficiently.
• Accuracy is key – you’ll have a keen eye for getting the details right.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks, while staying a team player.
• Proficiency with computers and experience using warehouse management systems.
• Forklift experience is a plus! Familiarity with import/export procedures is also beneficial.
