Are you an organised and proactive professional with a knack for coordinating post-sales activities? We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in Fleet, Hampshire. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery, overseeing everything from order processing to logistics and scheduling service engineers for product installation at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process all customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient handling from receipt to dispatch.
  • Manage logistics to ensure products are delivered to client sites on schedule.
  • Book and coordinate service engineers for installation and post-delivery support, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and installation appointments.
  • Maintain detailed records of all orders, deliveries, and installations. Generate regular reports on post-sales activities.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the post-sales process promptly and professionally.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or after sales role, preferably within a logistics or engineering environment
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
