My client is looking for a Strategy Manager – Aviation MRO Market Intelligence to join on them on a permanent basis.
The Strategy Manager – Aviation MRO Market Intelligence will play a critical role in driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights, influencing cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to senior executives within a very busy MRO environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in market intelligence within the Aerospace industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation.
Role: Strategy Manager - Aviation MRO Market Intelligence (Permanent Position)
Pay: From £48,800
Location: West London

Main responsibilities:
• Gather and analyse data from various sources including market trends, customer insights, competitors, and aviation news to support strategic business decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments within the aviation industry, MRO and manufacturing sectors.
• Translate complex data into actionable steps and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
• Develop and deliver presentations to C-level executives based on market trends and business implications.
• Collaborate, influence and support cross-functional teams to implement business strategies and initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and company performance.
• Support company product development through market intelligence and data-driven insights
• Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, against scope, time and budget.
Ideal candidate profile:
• ESSENTIAL - Minimum of 3 years in a market intelligence, project management or business development role, customer services or account management within the aviation industry or MRO/manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Aviation Management, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of the aviation market, with the ability to interpret trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to create and present high-level strategic
• presentations for C-level executives.
• Solid understanding of project management best practices, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
