Branding and Partnerships Project Manager (BBBH16453) Hounslow, England

Our client has an opportunity for a Major Projects Signage Manager to join them on a contract basis. You will be supporting major projects with the delivery of the dressing, signage and wayfinding.

This is an ideal role for a professional self-starting team player with confidence to manage stakeholders on all levels – Solutions, Infrastructure, Marketing & Digital, Comms, Customer Proposition, Media, Digital, Retail, Surface Access, Property, Sustainability, Services and Operations.

Role: Major Projects Signage Manager
Location: Hounslow – 3 days onsite
Hours: Full Time
Contract: 12 months
Daily Rate: Discussed Upon Application

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish and ongoing good governance across major projects and innovation to ensure alignment to signage standards and other planned works to identify opportunities and work duplication
  • Attend the Weekly Signage Collaboration meeting with stakeholders from Services, Operations, Security, Property, Media, Retail, Surface Access, Marketing and Comms
  • Manage major project dressing, signage and wayfinding requests/ activity
  • Collaboration with Innovation teams and rostered suppliers to identify and assist trials and delivery of new solutions that align to our strategy
  • Maintain and update when required the dressing, signage and wayfinding standards
  • Ownership of Signage & Wayfinding SharePoint
  • Weekly cross terminal site visits to maintain compliance, stakeholder accountability and quality control
  • Lead on Senior Signage & Partnerships Manager activities during annual leave periods


Requirements:

  • Ability to attend regular/ reactive in terminal meetings – average 3 days a week
  • Proven experience with complex multi stakeholder (internal/ external) project management inc budgets
  • Proven experience of managing the delivery of projects end to end
  • Understanding of brand and standards
  • Experience in large scale business desirable
  • Signage/ infrastructure experience desirable
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage and collaborate across all levels
  • Fluent verbal, written, spoken English language proficiency
  • Fluent in Microsoft programs Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
