Project Controller

Project Controller (BBBH13985) Broughton, Wales

Salary: GBP27.25 - GBP27.25 per hour

My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Controller to join them on a 12-month contract. You will be leading the enablement for the project, through implementing “new ways of working” and best practices, that have been explored internally and externally.

Role: Project Controller
Location: Broughton, Flintshire – onsite working requirement
Duration: 12-month contract
Hours: Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am – 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)
Pay: £27.25 per hour via Umbrella
£20.60 per hour via PAYE

Responsibilities:

  • Create an enablement governance framework to ensure future strategy and tool replenishment are planned and actioned through engagement and actions with the Plant Capex team.
  • Explore new technologies with action to implement new tooling solutions, which are external, to deliver on the sustainability improvements within the TCO’s
  • Supporting production areas with the Rate ++ facility
  • Provide leadership of the Enablement teams for Rate++, ensuring they are suitably developed and empowered to deliver
  • Responsible for daily tool control for and process
  • Responsible for LOLER management
  • Responsible for FOD improvement and project management
  • Ensure EHS and Airworthiness standards are met and drive the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) process to identify and implement potential improvements.
  • Capex and investment management to ensure future improvements are management within the Financial model
  • Propose Industrial system improvements through Internal/External 4.0 factories of the future


Requirements:

  • Aviation experience preferred
  • Individuals who are pragmatic, a problem solver and able to implement new strategies
  • Experience within the Supply Chain


Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK at the time of application and be able to obtain BPSS clearance - a start date will not be set until BPSS clearance is obtained
