- Adhoc requirement to travel to NSW/SA to support other branches - 1wk duration
The purpose of the People & Culture Advisor is to provide effective/efficient generalist advice to management and empoyees across the given portfolio on all HR related matters. Under the guidance of the People/Culture Advisor Lead, the role will be responsible for advising on professional employee HR/IR/ER issues.
What you need:
- Current DL own transport
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or equivalent
- Exceptional people skills, verbal/written communication skills
- Highly developed communication/interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and to prepare correspondance and reports
- Strong knowledge of the statutory and regulatory framework and legislations in which employee relations and WHS operate
- Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
