The generalist Maintenance Assistant role will include carrying out maintenance work on our clients buildings, utilities, plant, machinery and equipment.

Essential Experience/Qualifications

• Previously delivered multi trade repair, planned maintenance and small projects within a similar environment.
• Experience of working in a small maintenance team working with other operational departmental colleagues.
• Previous Fabric and Plumbing experience.
• Hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in a fabric maintenance or construction trade.
• Holds a full valid driving licence.

Applicants will already possess some employment history of a generalised maintenance nature.

Applicants will need to be able to join an on-call rota following a probationary period.
