Salary; £33,000 - £36,000

Our client is a building services company looking for a Customer Service manager to support the customer care team.  You and your team will be responsible for the support with clients and customers relating to building services queries and advice.

The role; 

The main purpose of the role is to support your team ensuring an excellent service is given to all customers across various channels.

This role is office based, Monday to Friday.

 Main responsibilities;

  • Act as escalation point for customer complaints and queries.
  • Monitor, Evaluate and advise on team training, providing guidance and development plans for all team members
  • Providing customer support, investigation and resolving issues as quickly as possible 
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure company goals are met and alignment across departments.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures and standards to ensure quality and consistency
  • Build professional and excellent relationships with new and existing customers
  • Answering calls in a professional and courteous manner with the aim of always delivering excellent customer service.
  • Organising and managing customer records and data
  • Ensuring all processes are followed and completed accurately

 About you;

We are looking for someone who has previous management experience in a similar environment / working sector.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to work with customers and build strong relationships. 

You should be able to work well within a team environment to ensure company goals are met and your team all work towards the same standards.

A passion for excellent customer service is a must as well as remaining up-beat and enthusiastic at all times.

 Required; 

  • Previous management experience in a customer service or similar setting
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Positive and self motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Good IT skills, Outlook + Excel
  • Strong prioritisation skills 

 Due to the location of the client your own transport would be desirable.
