Fluid Recruitment have partnered with a leading brand in Scaffolding to secure an experienced Contracts Manager for their Dunedin operation. Bramwell Scaffolding have been in operation for over 50 years and have a wealth of experience, committed team and clients. The role of contracts manager will be delivering exceptional service to their brand, clients and team to ensure the smooth running of their scaffolding projects from an end to end delivery in their residential and commercial projects.

With a brand this strong, the work is plentiful and varied, we require an industry experienced contracts manager who is skilled in the following;

• Must have a sound understanding of the scaffolding industry with previous experience in running scaffolding teams, allocating work and managing client expectations across a variety of projects simultaneously 
• The ability to plan and then plan again! A lot can change in the day to day role of the contracts manager so the ability to effectively work with change, multi-task and work calmly with a solutions focus will be imperative
• Computer literate with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be a team player and supportive of the team and clients, representing the brand with integrity at all times
• An attitude that each client and each job is treated in a timely and customer focused approach 
• Ostendo software experience would be a benefit but not essential
• The ability to champion people and outcome driven will be imperative
• Full NZ drivers license, class 2 ideal, not essential
• Honest, hard working and seeking a career position
• Must hold relevant industry qualifications - certificate of competence with a strong working knowledge of H&S and champion this across the team (a good working knowledge of labour/contract laws will be well received)
