We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for a leading financial services client in the heart of Newcastle. If you have a confident yet empathetic approach, then this role is for you!

What will you be doing?
• Gathering information regarding Insurance claims
• Reviewing and chasing documentation
• Interviewing claimants to evaluate low-value claims
• Assisting with enquiries via inbound calls and emails
• Directing more complex matters to colleagues as necessary
• Liaising internally and externally for various bits of information
• You will receive full training, with the support and tools required to be successful
