About the Role:
As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, resident-focused care in line with our client’s values of Compassion, Hospitality, Respect, Innovation, Stewardship, and Teamwork. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure our residents enjoy the highest standards of care, all within a nurturing environment that feels like home.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical care team, promoting a positive culture and resident-centred approach.
- Ensure resident care plans are accurate, updated, and reflective of individual needs.
- Oversee clinical standards, safety, and regulatory compliance to meet accreditation requirements.
- Provide hands-on clinical expertise, mentoring, and support to staff.
- Foster a vibrant and engaging community for residents, creating meaningful daily experiences.
About you:
- To thrive in this role:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse Division 1
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aged care with proven leadership skills
- Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care.
- Experience in leading and supervising teams of people and liaising with families.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
