Must haves
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Aged Care.
- Proven competency in medication management, clinical skills, and accurate documentation.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, client-focused care with a holistic approach, addressing the needs of patients, their families, and carers.
- Strong skills in assessing and monitoring patients' physical and mental health.
- Experience working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide flexible, responsive care to consumers and carers.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and best practice in patient care.
