Senior Data Engineer

Start Date: November 2023 - Negotiable

Contract Length: 6 Months 

Location: 100% remote

Pay: 500-650 € per hour - Negotiable

Hours: 40h / week

Languages: English ONLY

This is an exciting opportunity is to be part of an existing and growing data & engineering team to help build out the platform and its component services such as the mission control centre.

Essential

• Strong experience with Python and relevant libraries (PySpark, Pandas, etc.).
• Strong SQL experience
• Experience and interest in AWS cloud infrastructure
• The ability to work across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, extracting information and identifying irregularities and linkages across disparate data sets.
• Deep understanding of Information Security principles to ensure compliant handling and management of client data.
• Experience working collaboratively in a close-knit team and in clearly communicating complex solutions.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience. 

Desirable

• Experience with Dremio, Power BI & Airflow would be extremely beneficial.
