£30,000 + bonus
One of my clients in Leeds City Centre are recruiting an experienced Branch Manager to join their team.
Branch Manager responsibilities:
• Focus on the day-to-day management of the branch to ensure business objectives are met.
• Provide effective leadership to the team, aiming to maximize opportunities and optimize profitability.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service.
• Take a proactive approach, staying aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace.
• Ensure all business operations comply with applicable legislation.
• Conduct sales and lettings valuations.
• Drive the business forward by staying updated on market conditions and opportunities.
• Use excellent people management and leadership skills to act as a role model for the team.
• Delegate effectively and manage time efficiently to meet high standards and achieve objectives.
Required:
• Prior Branch Manager experience is essential
• Proven track record in managing people and leading a team
• Experience in generating and winning new business
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while providing outstanding customer service
• Full UK driving licence
• ARLA or RICS qualification is desirable
