Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups and subjects, adapting to each school's curriculum and policies.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the learning and development of all students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Work closely with school staff to follow lesson plans and achieve learning objectives, ensuring continuity of education for students.
  • Quickly adapt to different school cultures and classroom setups, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally in various year groups.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students across different ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards diverse teaching environments.
