Company is currently looking for talents to take care of their Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and HRIS Administration.
The Job: HR Compensation & Benefits Executive (Perm / Junior level)
Company staff strength: 150
Being a pivotal role in company's Human Resource team, the HR Com&Ben Specialist will assist the HR Manager in operational job scope, with responsibilities as follows:
Operational Scope:
- Maintain and develop Internal Salary benchmarking for all positions
- Conduct Compensation & Benefits surveys and analyse the results for improvements
- Work closely with consulting firms on salary benchmarking
- Handle tax clearance process for foreign employees
- Maintain and administer data into HRIS
- Checking & advising on payroll accuracy for finance's processing
- Handle staff insurance renewals and administration
The Talent
- Min. 2 years of experience in HR Com&Ben function with strong knowledge and experience in daily HR operational work, Payroll processing etc.
- Well organised, independent & solutions-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with all levels of internal stakeholders
