Job title – Accounts Assistant
Location – Immingham
Work Hours- Full time
Monday to Friday – Flexibility on hours.
Job Duties:
· Banking – allocate payments and receipts
· Cash Book completion
· Reconcile bank balances to Sage
· Print invoices from the purchase invoice inbox and distribute accordingly
· Input purchase invoices onto Sage 50
· Supplier payments
· Exchange Euros/USD for supplier payments
· Recharge invoices
· Customs Invoicing
· Much more –
Experience required:
· Previous Accounts Assistant experience
· Level 1 or 2 AAT Qualified is advantages – Client is offering to support level 3 or 4
· Previous logistics would be beneficial but not essential
· Experience using Sage 50 or other Sage
