Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
Location: Field based

Job description:

As the merchandiser, you will be responsible for the maintenance and engagement of retail stockists of the products. The customer experience starts in store, and it is essential that the clients brand is represented well with good product availability.


This role will require travel all across the south and with some areas being all over the UK maintaining key client relationships. This will include time away with overnight stays with expenses and food paid for.


Key responsibilities

Store visits
• Complete a scheduled visit plan to stores, managing the logistical operation of daily routine planning
• Complete visit reports on the app to capture key details and information that feeds into the database
• Engage with store colleagues, supporting with any queries and provide product training
• Support stores with stocking issues
• Encourage stock orders of stores, to ensure suitable stock holding
• Improve display locations to ensure client products are available in the best location in each store, including multiple locations if applicable

Merchandising
• Maintain stand condition to a high standard, including POS and product packaging
• Repair or replace damage where required, or order replacement parts to implement at a later date
• Keep up to date records of stand condition or damage on the app
• Ensure pricing is correct

Retail management
• Support sales manager in store engagement and planning
• Feedback regular reports on the store environment
• Feedback regular reports on competitor changes
• Support independent retailers with stock orders and new sign up activities
• Plan out scheduling to complete cycle of visits
• Plan out scheduling to new stockist to support with training and set up.


To be considered for this role you need to be over the age of 21, with a full, clean UK drivers licence. This is a great company to join and every day will be different as well so no day will be the same.
