The role will suit a NQ+ and you will work alongside a Partner and Solicitor, dealing with your own matters and assisting with more complex cases.  You will be involved in:

• Drafting Wills
• Preparation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorneys
• Administration of Estates
• Administration of Trusts
• Providing Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax Advice
• Engaging in business development and marketing initiatives
