My client is a top, long standing firm, recognised for their expertise in private client and court of protection matters. They are now seeking a junior solicitor to join their collaborative team focusing on matters involving The Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Mental Capacity Code of Practice and Court of Protection Rules.
The work will focus on deputyship and trustee act applications, day to day management of deputyship files, disputes over financial issues, welfare and preparing statutory will and statutory gift applications, amongst other key responsibilities.
