This is a new opportunity for a Real Estate Senior Associate to join this leading national firm.

The real estate department is one of the largest in the UK and they are rapidly expanding. Working in their busy team in Milton Keynes, you will undertake a varied caseload and will be involved in a range of work including commercial development work including site acquisitions, pre-lets to occupational tenants and forward funding transactions. Ideally, you will also have experience of managing property portfolios and all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work.

You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial and technical experience and work with a varied and impressive client base, including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders.

You will work closely and in partnership with clients and have significant opportunities to be involved in business development.
