Are you an experienced Travel Consultant looking for a new challenge in luxury travel?
Do you come from an independent retail travel background? Accustomed to dealing with luxury and tailor made travel? Looking for a new move in your career? Look no further. My client is looking for a Travel Consultant for this busy, luxury, independent travel company, located in Milton Keynes.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A suitably experienced candidate is needed to join this busy travel team, selling high end travel products, and tailor made itineraries. The opening times are office hours, Monday to Saturday, with you working 5 of these days with Saturdays being on a rota.
PART TIME - 3 -4 days days
Responsibilities include:
- Selling face to face, via telephone and via email.
- Booking tailor made travel itineraries to suit your client's needs.
- Selling luxury, high end travel products as well as all aspects of leisure travel, to all European and Worldwide destinations.
- Booking luxury travel arrangements for repeat, new, recommended and valued, clients.
- Delivering a dedicated service, using the highest standard of customer care.
- Offering advice, using your previous travel industry experience.
- Working well as a team player, and alone.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This is an excellent position working for a leading, Milton Keynes based luxury travel companey so the successful candidate should be suitably experienced from retail travel ideally, possessing a high level of customer service and passion for travel.
THE PACKAGE:
In return you will be offered an excellent basic salary, around £19k pro rata plus commission plus additional bonuses and benefits!
