My client is a leader in the private jet aviation sector and, thanks to global expansion, is opening its first office in Italy. It currently has 35 offices worldwide and continues to grow its presence. For their new headquarters in Milan, they are looking for a:

ROLE: JUNIOR TALENT ACQUISITION
SALARY: BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE
LOCATION: SAN DONATO MILANESE (MI)
CONTRACT: FIXED TERM

DUTIES

• Continuous interaction with managers and other departments to define the necessary requirements.
• Writing and posting job descriptions
• Active search for profiles through different recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate applications are processed efficiently.
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidates and internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS • Degree or specialization in Human Resources
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, both with candidates and management
• Fluently knowledge of Italian and English Languages.
• Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with Office software packages.
• Previous experience of working in either aviation or the recruitment industry is an advantage.
