Team Leader System Integration 

AIRCRAFT ASSEMBLY & MRO INTEGRATION

Location: Stans, Switzerland Responsabilites

• Direct management responsibility for electrical/mechanical system integration with approx. 15 employees, including implementation and documentation of employee appraisals
• Continuous improvement of the organization and processes with a roadmap for the future
• Personnel deployment and resource planning as well as responsibility for adherence to delivery dates and order fulfillment
• Process responsibility as well as ensuring safety and quality standards
• Understanding and further development of just-in-time delivery as a first tier for internal customers

Requirements

• Training or further education in a technical profession as well as further training in business administration and management
• At least five years of management experience with a track record in a similar field
• Strong in dealing with process optimizations (Lean Six Sigma)
• Experience in managing projects and creating reports
• Fluent in German and English at least at level B2
• Assertive, appreciative and winning leader with practice-oriented working methodology
• Competence to view situations objectively and analytically as well as holistically
