Supervisor Sheet Metal Forming 
Location: Stans, Switzerland
Permanent Position 

Responsabilities

• Technical management, personnel scheduling and employee training
• Deputy of the management in sheet metal forming
• Processing of production orders and ensuring production deadlines
• Quality inspection, error and fault correction as well as further development of the manufacturing process
• Practical work in production, detail manufacturing
• Collaboration in department-related projects

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in the field as well as several years of professional experience in metal processing, preferably with sheet metal
• MS Office and SAP skills
• Very good written and spoken German (B2), knowledge of English is an advantage as well as the ability to read technical drawings
• Leadership experience is an advantage, coupled with a role model function, authentic personality and assertiveness
• Pronounced self-reflection and self-leadership, high level of commitment as well as customer- and company-oriented action, supplemented by a solution-oriented attitude
• Excellent ability to work in a team, empathy and an extroverted personality, combined with strong communication skills, critical skills and intercultural understanding
