Description
- Ensure the efficient management and administration of service charges.
- Use Power BI and MS Dynamics 365 to create and deliver reports and forecasts.
- Provide financial insight and guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial compliance with relevant audit and legal requirements.
- Identify opportunities for financial improvement and propose solutions.
- Support the organisation's strategic goals through effective financial management.
- Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and financial regulations within the Social Housing sector.
Candidate's Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner (Service Charge) should have:
- Working towards or holds a recognised accounting qualification such as (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
- Proficiency in Power BI and MS Dynamics 365.
- A strong understanding of service charge management.
- Experience working within the Social Housing/ Property/ Construction sector.
- Excellent financial and strategic planning skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
