Overall purpose:

Responsible for effectively managing a territory by detailing, selling and promoting the Zoetis product range to achieve and grow the set financial target. Manage clients affectively by visiting co-op’s, farmers and vets on a daily basis. Manage promotions and sales as well as solving problems that may arise from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Territory analysis, identification of high potential areas, establishing and maintenance of client relationships, management of budgets, identification and reporting of opportunities, ensure promotions are planned and implemented successfully as per marketing schedule per quarter.

Detailing/Selling: Implementing of selling strategies, meeting customer’s requirements, promoting Zoetis products within the marketing time frame provided, determining customer needs and using solution selling techniques, increase selling skills through coaching.

Responsible to report all PV-Works cases (Adverse Events (AE) and product quality defect/s) to the responsible Technical Vet or Responsible Person (i.e. Pharmacovigilance or QA Managers).

Arrange and present at farmers days and information days with customers.
