As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our client's building services systems.

Position Overview:

As a Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of various building services systems, including electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and other mechanical systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of my client's buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of building services systems to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimise downtime and disruption.
  • Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform repairs using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with contractors and external service providers when necessary for complex repairs or installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logbooks, work orders, and equipment inventories.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
