Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an International Recruitment Coordinator (Agents) to join Te Kahupapa - Wellington University International, the international office at the University, on a permanent, full-time contract. In this role you will support the University’s recruitment agent network and support the International Office more generally in its recruitment efforts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and operational support: Streamlining and improving existing systems and processes and implementing new processes as needed, as well as extracting reports from systems both inside and external to the university to inform recruitment decisions.
- Delegation support: Arranging the logistics of visits from potential students, parents, partners, and agents.
- Agent management: Managing the University’s agency agreements and international leads gathered by the University, onboarding new agents, and keeping agents up to date on relevant news and changes.
- Customer relationship management: Triaging enquiries from prospective students and agents and replying to relevant queries.
