Tasks

·      As a business professional and networker, you know how to identify and inspire potential customers and candidates in the white collar area

·      You develop an expansion / growth strategy together with the management team, define the potential within the Norwegian market and have the opportunity to build up new teams and specialist areas in the Oslo area

·      You build a strong sales and recruiting team, take on leadership responsibility and challenge and promote the individual potential of the teams and lead each individual to success

·      You proactively support your partners, identify their needs, provide suitable solutions and thus create cooperation at eye level and a high level of customer loyalty

·      You report directly to the Country Manager in Norway and are responsible for target achievement and budget compliance

·      As a market expert, you recognize trends, identify up- and cross-selling potential and use this in a targeted manner
