Site Utilities Manager (Days Based)

Package and Benefits:

• £60,000 DOE
• Hours: Monday – Friday Days based

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Utilities Manager to join an excellent Food manufacturer in the Lifton area.

With no day ever being the same the Site Utilities Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of multi skilled shift engineers as well as contractors.
• Establish and implement an effective PPM schedule across the shifts for site utilities, including boilers and chillers.
• Focus on Continuous improvement activities, utilising Root Cause Analysis, to implement cost savings and ensure production efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous Experience in Management / Leadership in a similar role.
• Effluent Plant and Industrial Boiler
• Degree in Engineering or Apprentice trained – Electrical / Mechanical.
• Food manufacturing / FMCG experience would be highly advantageous.
