What you will be doing as a qualified staff Nurse
.
You will ensure service users with care needs receive high-quality care, whilst supporting your colleagues and promoting a collaborative environment. Opportunities in a variety of environments, including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism, Neurological and Children & Education. Services range from community care homes, rehabilitation centres and medium secure hospitals.

To be a Staff Nurse, you will have:
.
- A relevant nursing qualification.
- Registered as a RMN, RNLD or RGN (Or international equivalent)
- NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills.
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
.
Services operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 12 hours a day, working 3 days one week, 4 days the next.
