Join forces with Search as we collaborate with a distinguished financial services firm in the search for a Client Services Administrator. Our client is on the lookout for a meticulous, client-centric professional to ensure the seamless retention of valued clients.

We are in pursuit of an Administrator who exudes confidence in their interactions with both sales consultants and clientele alike. Applicants boasting experience in pensions, financial services, or regulated firms will be poised for success.

In this role, your day-to-day will revolve around providing invaluable administrative support to the sales team. Expect to engage with various stakeholders within the organisation, playing a pivotal role in enhancing customer retention across the board. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism and maintain a polished demeanour throughout their tenure.

35 hours per week:
Mon – Fri 08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00

Main duties include:
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, colleagues, and providers
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks on systems to meet targets
• Take ownership of tasks and effectively manage workload
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise client service
• Handle client and member queries promptly and in accordance with service level agreements
• Uphold quality standards with a "right first time" approach
• Promote continuous improvement within the team/location
• Develop and stay updated on technical and market knowledge
• Assist with revenue reporting activities as needed
• Conduct quality checks on colleagues' work to ensure accuracy
• Attend client meetings as necessary
• Manage client relationships to support retention and growth
• Provide training and technical support to colleagues

The ideal candidate:
• Experience in the Employee Benefits or Financial Services sector is preferable
• Demonstrated proficiency in Administration within a customer-focused setting
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team, establishing positive relationships with clients and colleagues
