With a well-established reputation in the industry, the company has been experiencing significant growth and is now looking for a strategic and hands-on General Manager to help drive the next phase of expansion.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will provide leadership and oversee the overall management of key business functions, including:

• Production & Service – Ensuring operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Engineering – Driving innovation and technical excellence.
• Materials Planning & Logistics – Optimising supply chain and workflow.
• IT & Finance – Enhancing financial performance and digital transformation.

You will also be responsible for compliance with industry regulations, workforce management (recruitment, training, and performance), and overseeing capital investments and facility operations.

To Apply, You Should Have:

✔ Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Operations, or a related field.
✔ Strong financial and accounting knowledge, including budgeting and expense management.
✔ IT proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
✔ Experience with continuous improvement/lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
