This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful and growing business that specialises in truck body / tanker manufacturing and engineering.

Based in Sunshine West, they supply various industries around Australia and have established themselves as a well-regarded company in their industry.

They need an assemblers for Fit-Out work to assist with tanker fit-up. This will include, but is not limited to ladders, handrails, drain tubes and other general fit-up work.

All work is on new builds, mostly on clean new tanker. You may also get involved in some general fabrication and general fitting type work too. Experience in Mig (and Tig) welding of aluminium – preferred not mandatory. 

You will also be working from engineering drawings. Experienced in pressure testing of pipes and pneumatic & electrical wire-up knowledge would be really good.

This is an exciting role for persons who has a "can do" attitude and is good with their hands and wants to learn.

The ideal person must have:

• Experienced in mechanical assembly.
• Tanker, Truck or Trailer industry experience ideal.
• Experience using hand tools
• Experience with fitting components.
• Excellent communication skills.

A wage pending on skills + Super is on offer plus a long term career. Perm full time position.
