Our client is Australia's largest independently owned transport company. They have over 2000 vehicles nationally, all company-owned and operated.

Commencing casual with the opportunity to progress to perm full time, these roles represent an excellent opportunity to join a leading company with modern and safe facilities.

Working from the Crestmead depot, with shifts commence either from 5am , 7am and 2pm, working Monday to Friday with regular overtime if desired.

These positions will include duties such as but will not be limited to:

• Carrying out vehicle servicing & inspections
• Ability to diagnose & action mechanical faults
• Undertake mechanical repairs
• Maintaining a safe, organised workshop and work area

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Trade qualifications
• Experience with trucks and trailers
• Welding and Fabrication experience (desirable)
• Ability to document, record and track servicing and maintenance of all vehicles
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to OH&S/WHS policies, procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
