Great opportunity to join a successful Engineering business in the eastern suburbs, this well-established company has strong stable history in various high end industries. They design & manufacture components and tooling for various industries and they use the latest technology.

We are needing an accounts payable receivable person to join the team in head office in the Eastern Suburbs that will involve various office tasks. It is necessary to be flexible with skills and be willing to move around the office to keep up with demand. A strong back ground in Syteline Software system would be a big plus. 

Reporting to management your role will involve using SyteLine software which is similar to MYOB or SAP. 

You will be looking after debtors and creditors, invoicing, trial balancing, reconcile and process transaction reports, bank reconciliations, assisting with month end reporting and possibly payroll.

Other responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) responsible for all payable and receivable functions, notifying clients for payments, Reconciling statements and transactions, and payments to Vendors.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Payable and Receivable / office Admin
  • Excellent admin skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Syteline CRM or similar experience
  • Manufacturing industry background
