Great opportunity to join a successful company that provides specialty machines to the manufacturing industry around Australia. With branches Australia wide they need an Office Administration person to assist and work along side a small team that services Australia.

Reporting to the Office Manager your key responsibilities will assist with various office admin duties, processes and practices across the office administration operations. You will assist your manager in providing administration support to both the sales and service departments and the directors.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries & Pick up’s
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors
  • Ordering and maintaining stock of warehouse supplies
  • general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry
  • inventory control & Stocktaking
  • Support Warehouse staff in Loading and Unloading of Products / Stock
  • Support field technicians with finding correct parts as required
  • Support Office admin with tasks as required such as basic invoicing

  • Administration skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service and Communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer / Warehouse service experience
  • XERO, Cin7 Inventory Management, Sales force 
  • Ability to work on your own and with a team.
  • Computer literate – Preferably with Mac
  • High understanding of shipments in and out
