An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company! We are looking for a technically capable and proactive IT Systems & Data Operations Analyst to support our IT, production, and reporting teams.

This role is a hybrid of IT support, systems monitoring, and data operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and data remains accurate and actionable. You will manage alerts, run system checks and scripts, and support key tools like SAP B1 and Appenate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor SAP B1 alerts and flag data or system issues
  • Run and manage scheduled SQL scripts and system checks
  • Support Appenate reporting and production data processes
  • Maintain automation tasks (FTP, stored procedures)
  • Assist with BOM, MRP, and production data validation
  • Coordinate and prepare for stock take activities
  • Maintain file paths, templates, and system directories
  • Provide general IT and operational support to internal teams

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Solid understanding of SQL (querying, basic scripting, debugging)
  • Experience with SAP B1 or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Appenate or mobile data/reporting tools (a plus)
  • Ability to support production and inventory processes
  • Comfortable working with Windows directories, shared folders, and reports
  • Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or operations support
  • Exposure to SSRS, BOM structures, and production planning tools
