Business Immigration Solicitor – Bristol

Experienced business immigration solicitor required to work with this top tier employment law team on a high quality caseload of business immigration. This business immigration solicitor will join this busy employment team in Bristol on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Working on a caseload of contentious and non contentious immigration matters.
• Caseload will include; visa applications, sponsor licenses, right to work and compliance issues.
• Supporting clients with advice and queries across a range of sectors to include; healthcare, higher education, commercial and private sector clients.
• Working alongside a successful employment team to build relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

• 4 years PQE+ in business immigration law. If this has been a part of a wider caseload, please still apply.
• To be able to manage your own caseload of business immigration matters with minimal supervision.
• Commercial acumen and the confidence to work directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
