Real Estate Solicitor

This Top 50 firm are looking for a real estate solicitor to work on a busy caseload of residential development work. Thie real estate solicitor will be joining the Cheltenham office.

This firm’s outstanding real estate team get involved in a high quality of Residential Development work with well known housebuilding clients and advise on the life cycle of strategic land and residential development matters. You will be working on a ‘city’ level of work.

They are seeking a mid level solicitor with between 2 – 6 PQE and a strong background in Residential Development. You will be working on a varied caseload to include land acquisition deals, strategic option agreements and a wealth of ancillary work in transfers, funding agreements and more. You will be acting for housebuilder clients on large scale disposals and bulk selling along with mentoring and assisting junior members of the team.

Applications welcome from real estate lawyers looking to specialise in development and take a step up to a large commercial firm.
