Excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a niche property firm due to growth in their residential property team. This residential property solicitor will be based in Gloucester.

Our client are a highly respected property firm who specialise in equity release and provide independent, expert legal advice for clients looking to release equity from their home.

You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE. You’ll be able to demonstrate experience in sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, SDLT and unregistered land. Equity release is an advantage but not essential.

There is a good market salary on offer (DOE), an attractive benefits package and free onsite parking. You’ll be working in nice new refurbished offices.
