We are instructed by this busy Cheltenham based firm in their recruitment for a residential property solicitor to work on a wide range of residential property transactions in the retirement property sector.

You will be managing your own caseload of residential property and conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold with the added element of retirement homes.

It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with around experience in managing a residential property caseload. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.
