Regulatory Solicitor – Health and Safety – Bristol

We are seeking a talented and experienced regulatory solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE. This regulatory team deal with health and safety regulatory matters. This regulatory team are based in Bristol on a hybrid basis.

The Role:

• Providing expert legal advice and support on Health & Safety regulatory matters to clients from a range of sectors to include healthcare, government, infrastructure, high education, transport, energy and so many more.
• Advising on matters regarding to health and safety, fire safety, building safety, white collar crime and environmental law.
• Maintaining and growing existing client relationships and creating new ones via business development.

Qualifications:

• You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE in regulatory work – ideally in health & safety, compliance, criminal investigations, enforcement and litigation.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Ideally, you will have experience in advising and supporting local authorities with regards to criminal regulatory offences.
