Corporate Solicitor – NQ – 2 – Cheltenham

This highly ranked commercial law firm are looking for a corporate solicitor to join their dynamic corporate team. This corporate solicitor will be joining the Cheltenham office and work with true experts in the corporate field.

As the successful corporate solicitor, you will be working on a broad range of transactions for public and private companies, financial institutions, partnerships and some private individuals. You can expect to work on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures and formation of investment funds.

You will be able to show that you have corporate experience from a reputable corporate team. If you are an NQ, you must have a training seat in corporate.
