Property Litigation Solicitor – Yeovil

A great opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our busy client into their property litigation team. This property litigation solicitor will be joining a strong regional player who have a prestigious and established reputation.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse property litigation caseload to include;

• Commercial landlord and tenant cases,
• Acting for residential landlords,
• Property defects claims,
• Party Wall Act cases,
• Property ownership issues and TOLATA claims,
• Rights of way and easement disputes,
• Boundary disputes,
• Adverse possession,
• Trespass and nuisance claims,
• Restrictive covenants.

It is important that you have had atleast 2 years’ PQE of managing your own litigation caseload in a fast paced environment. If you have dealt with property litigation as part of a wider disputes caseload, please do get in touch.
