Corporate Solicitor – Bristol

Top 100 firm are looking for a corporate solicitor to join their nationally recognised, award winning corporate team. This corporate solicitor will have atleast 3 years’ PQE and based from Bristol on a hybrid basis.

This corporate team, led by a highly regarded partner, advise entrepreneurs, SME’s, financial institution, FTSE 100 companies and more. Your caseload will include M&A, private equity, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

As an experienced member of the corporate team, you’ll be supported in business development and networking.

You’ll be an experienced solicitor with atleast 3 years’ PQE from a reputable corporate team. You’ll be able to show that you can manage your own caseload with a good technical knowledge. If you have more experience, please still apply.
