Construction - NQ Solicitor

We are instructed by a superb national law firm who are seeking a construction NQ solicitor to join their growing, top tier construction team. As the successful construction NQ solicitor, your caseload will include working on contentious and non contentious construction matters with a focus on the full suite of construction contracts to include JCT, NEC and FIDIC.

As the successful construction NQ solicitor, you will be based in Cardiff, on a hybrid basis. You will have had atleast a training seat in construction (contentious, non contentious or both!).

The successful construction solicitor will have had a construction training seat with a good firm. You will be familiar with JCT and NEC contracts, along with PPP, PFI, FIDIC and ICHEME. If you have experience in either contentious or non contentious, please apply if you have an interest in working on a mixed caseload.
