Property Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE

Exeter

We are looking for a property litigation solicitor to join a successful property litigation team, who are based in Exeter. This property litigation solicitor will be joining a multi office practice who have been going through an excited period of growth.

This property litigation team work on a range of residential and commercial property litigation and your caseload will include Landlord and Tenant, TOLATA disputes, possession, breach of covenant and much more.

The ideal property litigation candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE. It is important that you have strong property litigation experience, please still apply if this has been part of a wider commercial litigation role. You will be working independently on your own caseload, whilst supervising more junior fee-earners.
