Commercial Solicitor – Swindon

We are looking for an associate commercial solicitor to join this forward thinking, large regional firm into their successful commercial team in Swindon. This commercial team work across interesting sectors to include manufacturing, FMCG, defence and aerospace.

This commercial team are looking for a commercial solicitor with experience in commercial law.

As the successful commercial solicitor, you’ll be working on a busy commercial caseload to include drafting and reviewing IT contracts, managing franchise agreements, general commercial contracts and IP licensing matters.
